LogicDocs

Table of contents are clickable flowcharts

Briefly, the LogicDocs concept could be described as follows: The table of contents of the documentation has been replaced by a clickable flowchart.

When implementing the flowchart, we prefer draw.io (= diagrams.net), which can be easily embedded in any html page. The next option is Gliffy, which is a tool tied to Confluence. In addition to this, we also implement diagrams using the Microsoft Visio application. In addition to these, our toolkit includes graphviz and EdrawMax.

It is also possible to create images from flowcharts that can be embedded in e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, PDF, etc. documents.

Collecting data on the logic and dependencies of a large entity and building flowcharts from this data can be challenging and time-consuming work - especially if the tools for doing this are strange. This is where we want to help: We take care of the flowcharts and the body of the documentation, to which the substance can add their own more detailed information when it suits them.
