A lot of experience of different size of IT projects, programming languages, IT architectures, leading the teams etc. I think I have try almost everything from cloud computing to mobile & web development using different technologies. And from all of this experience I've end up to conclusion that good documentation and architect design are the most important thing in a successful IT project. The second is the simple implementation model that have a lot of common with Green coding.
