Yhteydenotot

Kun otatte yhteyttä sähköpostilla tai puhelimella, käsittelemme nimeänne, yhteystietojanne, organisaatiotanne ja viestin sisältöä. Tarkoitus on vastata yhteydenottoon, laatia tarjous ja hoitaa mahdollinen asiakassuhde. Käsittelyn peruste on oikeutettu etumme vastata meihin otettuun yhteyteen tai sopimusta edeltävät toimet pyynnöstänne.

Säilytämme yhteydenotot enintään kolme vuotta viimeisestä yhteydenpidosta, ellei asiakassuhde tai laki, kuten kirjanpitolaki, edellytä pidempää säilytystä.

Sivuston käyttö

• Evästeet: sivusto ei käytä evästeitä eikä analytiikka- tai mainosseurantaa.
• Kielivalinta: jos vaihdatte kieltä, valinta tallennetaan selaimenne paikalliseen muistiin (localStorage), jotta sivu avautuu seuraavalla kerralla samalla kielellä. Tietoa ei lähetetä minnekään.
• Palvelinlokit: sivuston palvelin tallentaa teknisiä lokitietoja, kuten IP-osoitteen, ajankohdan, pyydetyn sivun ja selaimen tiedot. Niitä käytetään sivuston toiminnan ja tietoturvan varmistamiseen, ja ne säilytetään vain lyhyen ajan.
• Mainokset: näytämme Google-hakumainoksia. Mainoksen näyttämiseen ja klikkaukseen liittyviä tietoja käsittelee Google omana rekisterinpitäjänään. Sivustolla ei ole Googlen seurantakoodia.
• Ulkoiset linkit: sivulla on linkkejä muihin palveluihin (esim. YouTube, GitHub, LinkedIn). Niiden tietosuojasta vastaa kukin palvelu itse.

Vastaanottajat ja siirrot

Emme myy tai luovuta tietoja eteenpäin. Tietoja käsitellään sähköposti- ja palvelinpalvelujen tarjoajien järjestelmissä, jotka toimivat lukuunamme. Jos tietoja siirretään EU:n tai ETA:n ulkopuolelle, siirto tehdään tietosuoja-asetuksen mukaisin suojatoimin.

Oikeutenne

Teillä on oikeus tarkastaa tietonne, pyytää niiden oikaisua tai poistamista, rajoittaa käsittelyä ja vastustaa käsittelyä. Pyynnöt voi lähettää osoitteeseen michael@vnetcon.com. Voitte myös tehdä valituksen tietosuojavaltuutetun toimistolle.

Contacts

When you contact us by email or phone, we process your name, contact details, organization and the content of your message. The purpose is to answer you, prepare a quote and manage a possible customer relationship. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering contacts made to us, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

We keep contacts for no more than three years from the last communication, unless a customer relationship or the law, such as the Finnish Accounting Act, requires longer.

Use of the website

• Cookies: the website uses no cookies and no analytics or ad tracking.
• Language choice: if you switch language, the choice is stored in your browser’s local storage (localStorage) so that the page opens in the same language next time. It is not sent anywhere.
• Server logs: the web server records technical log data such as IP address, time, requested page and browser details. They are used to keep the website working and secure, and kept only for a short time.
• Ads: we run Google search ads. Data related to showing and clicking an ad is processed by Google as a controller in its own right. The website has no Google tracking code.
• External links: the website links to other services (e.g. YouTube, GitHub, LinkedIn). Each service is responsible for its own privacy.

Recipients and transfers

We do not sell or disclose your data. Data is processed in the systems of our email and hosting providers, acting on our behalf. If data is transferred outside the EU or EEA, the transfer uses safeguards under the GDPR.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, request its rectification or erasure, restrict processing and object to processing. Send requests to michael@vnetcon.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman.
